In 2016, the Denver Fire Department will celebrate its 150th Anniversary. In honor of this, new badges have been designed to be worn during the 2016 anniversary year. Photos of these badges are now available on the DFD Bulletin Board under the Chief section. Use the link below to view badge photos and they are also on display at Headquarters in the third floor display case. Members will be given the option to purchase these badges beginning as May of 26th 2015; however, no member will be required to purchase or wear the commemorative badge. Please contact Lt. Derrick Johnson with questions, via department email. In addition, the Department is planning to create a new yearbook for this milestone anniversary.
