SUBJECT:    VOCALARM – FIREFIGHTER CARLOS LOPEZ

The following Vocal Alarm is approved for announcement, and should be read on July 27^th, 28^th, and 29^th, 2017:

All Members:

We regret to inform you that Firefighter Carlos Lopez, a 28-year Department veteran from Station 21, has lost his battle with cancer and passed away last night (July 26^th).  Arrangements will be released as they become available. 

In memory of Carlos Lopez, Fire Station 21 will be out-of-service for three days, starting Thursday, July 27^th.  However, Station 21 will be open and staffed by assigned personnel to answer questions and accept visitors until 20:00 hours each day.  Members will be made aware of arrangements as they become available.
