Emergency and NON-Emergency Repair Reporting

 In the event you are in need of an emergency repair please contact Captain Allen at 303-944-4008 or Lt. Kelley at 303-944-4033.  If you have not been contacted within 30 minutes then contact Dispatch and they will make the necessary phone calls to insure the repair process is started.

Examples of an emergency repair: No Heat (Cold Weather), Inoperative Garage Door, Broken waterline, Security issue with the station, Sewage backup, Leaking Roof.

Non-emergency repairs, meaning anything that can wait until the next business day please use the same contact information listed above.

Examples of Non-emergency repair: Lawn irrigation system inoperative, Clogged or Slow drain, pest or rodent control. 

All computer and phone issues should be directed to the Help Desk 720-337-4357. Make note of the Heat Ticket number they give you and if they do not respond please contact Captain Allen.
