Effective today, ComPsych is the new provider of the city’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services. ComPsych is a pioneer and worldwide leader in employee assistance programs and their “build-to-suit” approach will address the diverse needs of city employees and their families. The GuidanceResources Program they have tailored for the city includes new, comprehensive and expanded employee assistance services. Through this free program, employees and their families will receive confidential support, resources and information to help them address personal and work-life issues. GuidanceResources will be available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to provide the following EAP services:
