Tablet Command has discovered an issue with the beta version application and certain accounts, including Denver Fire. They have included the fix for this below which is for the user to leave the beta program and install the production version of TC Mobile for Android.
Tablet Command is sorry for this inconvenience and they are working to fix it.
If you have joined the Android open beta and would like to leave it and install the production version of TC Mobile, follow the directions below:
- Please clear the cache and app data for the Play Store, so you can install the production version of TC Mobile Android.
- Next, leave the Beta Test program by going to the Play Store, searching for TC Mobile, scrolling to the bottom of the description and choosing “Leave Beta”.
- Install the production version of TC Mobile for Android and log into the application.
